Overview

The Commission on Aging consists of nine members who act as the official agency of the City of Danbury on aging. The Commission is available to study the needs and to coordinate programs for the aging, particularly in connection with housing, economics, employment, health, recreation, and other matters. The Commission works with the Department of Elderly Services and it focuses on making the community more aware of the needs of our elderly population.
