Overview

The Board of Ethics consists of five members, one who must be an attorney of law in the State of Connecticut. The Board renders advisory opinions on conflicts of interest for municipal officers and employees including members of the Commissions, Boards or Authorities as to the propriety of their conduct. They also investigate complaints against those same individuals alleging violations of conflict of interest and other violations of Code of Ethics.
